GEO Checker is operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the service collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

Account information from Google sign-in (name, email address, profile image). The website URLs you submit for auditing, the audit reports generated for you, and your brand or keyword details where you enter them. Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

To fetch and analyze the sites you submit, produce your AI-search visibility reports, save them to your account, manage credits and billing, prevent abuse, and improve the service. Analysis is processed with the help of our AI provider (MuAPI) and publicly available information from the audited sites.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: MuAPI (AI analysis), Stripe (payments), and Google (sign-in). We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

Your reports are kept while your account is active. You may delete creations in the product, and you may request deletion of your account data through the contact options on bookaistudio.com.
