These terms govern your use of GEO Checker, operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

The service audits websites for AI-search visibility — how ready a site is to appear in answers from ChatGPT Search, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini and similar engines — and suggests optimizations. Reports are advisory: AI search behavior changes constantly and no visibility or ranking outcome is guaranteed.

Your use

Audit your own sites, or sites you are authorized to audit for a client. Do not use the service to scrape at abusive rates or to misrepresent a competitor's results.

Credits and payment

Audit features consume credits sold in packs on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, used credits are not refundable; unused pack credits remain on your account while it is active.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
